What we collect

• Orders: your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and PIN code, the products you order and any notes you add.
• Contact form: your name, your message and the phone number or email you give us.
• Newsletter: your email address, until you unsubscribe.
• Reviews: if you write a review, your name, city and the text of the review, shown on the product page after approval.
• Back-in-stock requests: the email or mobile number you give us, used only to tell you when that product is available again.
• Coupons: the mobile number on an order is used to count how often a coupon code has been used.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies. We count visits with our own anonymous analytics: it sets no cookie, does not store your IP address or browser details, records only the kind of page visited, the website you came from and a device type, cannot recognise you from one day to the next, ignores browsers that send Do Not Track, and is deleted after 90 days. Your cart is stored in your own browser. A short-lived cookie lets you view your order confirmation page.

How we use your information

To confirm and deliver your orders, reply to your messages and send the newsletter you signed up for.

Your choices

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Contact us to see or delete the information we hold about you.
